“Stressed out” is how many girls are feeling today. The world is crazy, busy, and uncertain. Not all stress is bad. Stress can bring energy and focus. Yet, too much stress is harmful. So many girls are too stretched beyond their own limits. Girls can learn what stresses them out, how to deal with stress, and how to feel strong and empowered!

In the Stressed Out Program, she will learn:
