It’s unfortunate but girls (of all ages) can be mean. Instead of girls feeling there is something wrong, the feel something is wrong with them and that they need to change. Instead, girls need to know that mean girls exist and there are steps she can take to prepare and protect herself!

This course has been designed to help her navigate the rough and tricky social world. 

In the Mean Girls Course, she will learn:

• Mean girl mania and why girls are so mean
• How to master her mean girl critic
• How to manage mean girls – whey to keep trying and when to walk away
• When mean girls become bullies
• Healhty vs unhealthy relationships
• Mean girls stories and the role playing she can practice

Course includes:

• 1:1 lesson (75 minutes) with Power Point
• Colourful handout(s) of key points and tools to try
• Follow up video with additional ideas and inspiration
