Self-compassion and self-love are vital for girls to learn and practice, starting today. With every step and misstep, with each mistake and failure, on hard days and in tough seasons, instead of turning on herself with cutting and cruel comments, negative self-talk, and harmful actions, she can be there for herself with the love and care she needs!
In the Courageous Self-Compassion Course, she will learn:
- Why compassion is necessary
- What it means to be courageous in her self-compassion practice
- Examples of daily self-compassion – what this sounds like and what this looks like
- How to move from self-critical and self-deprecation to kind self-compassionate
- What prevents her from being self-compassionate
- The 5 tools of self-compassion
- What to do when she feels badly about herself and notices self-judgment
- Helpful journal prompts to remind her she matters
- How to prepare her self-compassion kit
Course includes:
- 1:1 lesson (75 minutes) with Power Point
- Colourful handout(s) of key points and tools to try
- Follow up video with additional ideas and inspiration
