Girls have confidence. They do! That is until they become aware of what others think of them. Around age 8, a girl’s confidence will plummet. She will dismiss, discount, and minimize her skills and compliments, she will let go of what makes her unique and sparkly, and she will choose to do whatever it takes to belong.

This course has been designed to bolster her self-confidence, inner power, and strength so she can shine!

In the Confidence Boosters Course, she will learn:

• About the confidence crisis growing girls face
• Why confidence is essential for health and happiness
• The difference between being confident and conceited
• How to be even more confident and brave when it comes to her believes, her words, her body, and her actions
• Resilience when others tell her she is “too confident”
• Confidence take always to keep in her back pocket

Course includes:

• 1:1 lesson (75 minutes) with Power Point
• Colourful handout(s) of key points and tools to try
• Follow up video with additional ideas and inspiration
